| 研究组工作摘要: |
| 紫膜是嗜盐菌细胞膜上的特定功能膜，膜上只有一种完成光驱动质子泵功能的蛋白质――菌紫质（ BR），光驱动的质子梯度可被细胞用来合成ATP。由于BR特殊的结构和功能，它已成为多种学科的研究对象，引起许多科学家的兴趣。我们在紫膜光循环、质子泵以及光电效应等领域作了不少工作，是我国进行紫膜研究的重要力量。在应用基础研究上也为开发生物分子电子器件作出了有益的贡献，已在国内外学术刊物发表论文130余篇。 |
