胡坤生研究员

简历：

        1965年毕业于中国科学技术大学生物物理系
        1983年－2002年 曾先后五次在英国进修和合作研究
        1995年至今 任生物物理研究所研究组长、研究员

研究组工作摘要：

        紫膜是嗜盐菌细胞膜上的特定功能膜，膜上只有一种完成光驱动质子泵功能的蛋白质――菌紫质（BR），光驱动的质子梯度可被细胞用来合成ATP。由于BR特殊的结构和功能，它已成为多种学科的研究对象，引起许多科学家的兴趣。我们在紫膜光循环、质子泵以及光电效应等领域作了不少工作，是我国进行紫膜研究的重要力量。在应用基础研究上也为开发生物分子电子器件作出了有益的贡献，已在国内外学术刊物发表论文140余篇。
