研究组工作摘要:
  • 脂滴在细胞中参与脂肪的合成、运输及贮存,它对能量贮存的调节与心血管疾病,脂肪肝,二型糖尿病等一系列人类代谢疾病直接相关。本课题组首次完成了脂滴的蛋白质组学和脂肪组学分析,并在此基础上推断脂滴是一个多功能的细胞器,其中一个主要功能是作为细胞能量平衡的感受器。本课题组主要从事脂滴生物学研究,重点研究脂滴与其它细胞器的相互作用及这些作用对细胞能量平衡调控的分子机制,同时还对细胞能量平衡与人类代谢疾病特别是二型糖尿病的关系进行分子水平上的探索。
